The present invention relates to a primer for identification of a soybean cultivar and to an identification method of a soybean cultivar using the same, and more specifically, to a kit for identification of a soybean cultivar including a primer set selected from the group consisting of 202 primer sets, which consist of oligonucleotide of sequence number 1 to sequence number 404, and to an identification method of a soybean cultivar using the same. The Indel marker according to the present invention maintains the advantage of expressing diversion when amplified with the PCR, whereas supplements the disadvantage of the SSR marker, which is insufficient to make a high-density genetic map. Furthermore, the Indel marker according to the present invention converts the genetic information of a soybean cultivar into a digital signal, thereby rapidly and objectively identifying the soybean cultivar, and uses by combining the sufficient number of markers, thereby allowing to identify a soybean cultivar having high genetic similarity, such as backcross cultivars or mutant cultivars.
