<p>The present invention provides a method of automatically modeling an injection mold, which is capable of automatically modeling an injection mold according to the shape of an injection-molded product. The method of automatically modeling an injection mold comprises the steps of: modeling an injection-molded product; calculating a clamping force using a modeling shape of the injection-molded product; calculating a mold base plate area according to the clamping force, the size of the modeled injection-molded product, a mold type, and a mold base type; calculating a return pin area and a return spring specification according to the thickness of a lower disc and the weight of a push plate in the mold base plate; calculating the diameter and position of a guide pin according to the width and height of a mold disc; calculating the area and size of a mold base plate assembly bolt according to the mold type; calculating the area and size of a customized pin according to the area of the mold base plate assembly bolt; calculating the position and size of a mold opening prevention pin and a fixing bolt according to the weight of a movable mold base plate and a fixed mold base plate; and calculating the area of a locating ring.</p> |
