The present invention relates to a light diffusion material having light diffusion paint and glass bead, and a light display panel using the same, and more specifically, to a light diffusion material having light diffusion paint and glass bead, and a light display panel using the same for securing visibility through an elevating effect of inorganic photosynthesis paint having improved diffusion property and glass bead.
