According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of an impeller assembly of a fluid rotary machine comprises: a step of preparing an impeller comprising a rotary shaft, a base part, and multiple blades extended from the rotary shaft radially, separated circumferentially with respect to the rotary shaft, and arranged on the base part; a step of arranging molds between the blades; and a step of forming a shroud by spreading molten metal on the upper surfaces of the blades and the upper surfaces of the molds, wherein the shroud covers the upper surfaces of the blades and the upper surfaces of the molds. According to the present invention, the impeller assembly is capable of having a stable structure even if the entire size of the impeller assembly is increased. In addition, according to the present invention, the impeller assembly is capable of being manufactured conveniently. Furthermore, according to the present invention, the shroud is formed when the molten metal is spread, so a coupling structure between the shroud and the blades can be stabilized. |
