<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress color boundary bleeding and make a contour part smooth, in forming an image by adhering ink to a record medium on the basis of image data.SOLUTION: Image data 100 consists of: image data 101 for forming an image composed of a coloring material (an ink dot) of a first color on a record medium; and image data 102 for forming an image composed of a coloring material of a second color. A color boundary part is detected from the image data 101 and 102, and a gap 303 is left between an ink dot 301 of the first color and an ink dot 302 of the second color. A treatment agent 304 for controlling a spread of the ink dots is adhered to the gap 303. When the gap 303 is impregnated with the ink dots 301 and 302, images 401 and 402 having smooth contours are formed without color boundary bleeding because the spread of the ink dots is controlled.</p> |
