<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail distribution service for a multifunction machine which operates in a cloud environment.SOLUTION: A service providing system comprises: management information storage means which stores management information managing user identification information, device identification information and service identification information in association; authentication information reception means which receives authentication information including user authentication information and device authentication information from a device connected with the service providing system via a network; service determination means which, when the authentication information is successfully authenticated, determines a service associated with the authentication information on the basis of the authentication information and the management information; and execution means which receives a use request for a mail distribution service from a first device connected with the service providing system via a network, then in response to the use request for the mail distribution service from the first device, creates a mail and distributes the created mail to a pre-specified mail server that is connected with the service providing system via a network.</p> |
