<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coke dry quenching apparatus which can reduce the load of an operator.SOLUTION: A coke dry quenching apparatus 1 includes a cooling chamber 2, a boiler 3, a first gas line L1 which guides cooling gas from the cooling chamber 2 to the boiler 3, a second gas line L2 which guides the cooling gas from the boiler 3 to the cooling chamber 2, a bypass line L3 which guides a part of a gas passing through the second gas line L2 to the first gas line 1, an emission line L4 which guides outside a part of a gas passing through the second gas line L2 and an inlet flow rate control unit which calculates a chamber inlet flow rate by subtracting the gas flow rates of the bypass line L3 and the emission line L4 from the gass flow rate in upstream parts 5b and 5c of the second gas line 2 and regulates the gas flow rates of the upstream parts 5b and 5c or the gas flow rate of the emission line L4 so that the ratio of the coke discharge amount for discharge from the cooling chamber 2 to the chamber inlet flow rate approaches a target ratio.</p> |
