<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-made back door capable of securing rigidity and impact-resistance strength without depending on metallic parts, and advantageous to weight saving and cost reduction.SOLUTION: A resin-made back door 1 is such that: an outer panel 2 and an inner panel 3 are integrally connected in a peripheral edge part; an upper end part 11 is pivotally connected to an upper side of a car body rear opening through a hinge 5, and can be detachably engaged with a striker fastened to a lower side of the car body rear opening through a latch 6 mounted on a lower end part 14; and a harness 7 connecting the upper end part 11 and a body part 13 is wired in an interior space. A passage 33c wired with the harness 7 is defined between a pair of ribs 33 projected in an inner surface of an inner panel 3 in a pillar part 12 defining right and left both sides of a window opening 10, and a reinforcing long fibers 33f are insert molded in a cross section of the inner panel 3 along the passage.</p> |
