<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bicycle type training equipment that facilitates coupling operation with pedals and reduces abnormal noise, abrasion, or risk of troubles, in a power transmission device for transmitting user's kinetic energy to an external mechanism by being connected to pedals of the bicycle type training equipment installed in a room.SOLUTION: A power transmission device includes: a rotating body 5 supported in a vertically rotatable manner; a supporting part 52 provided in the rotating body 5 and making a circular motion with the rotation of the rotating body 5; and a connection body 7 connected to the supporting part 52. The connection body 7 is connected to pedals of bicycle type training equipment, and thereby the rotating body 5 is turned with user's pedal operation and user's kinetic energy is transmitted to an outside mechanism through the rotating body 5. In the power transmission device, the connection body 7 is a cord-like body.</p> |
