<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor which is available even for a communication carrier who is not able to refer to or alter communication content due to tunneling or encryption or a covenant or law or the like.SOLUTION: A first network management device acquires the request of content in a content server accepted from a user by a client device connected to a second network, and when the content is already distributed, issues an instruction to distribute the content to the client device to a second network management device. The second network management device searches a cache device list stored in a second storage part in which a cache device and the client device and a distribution destination are stored in association with each other to search the requested cache device close to the client device, and issues an instruction to return the content to the client device on the basis of the instruction issued from the first network management device. The cache device distributes the content to the client device close to itself on the basis of the instruction issued from the second network management device.</p> |
