<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt-type clutch mechanism which can quickly perform desired work by such a simple operation that an outer receiving member is merely operated to be moved to a clutch-in side even if an electric motor is not operated due to electric trouble while being left in a power-off state.SOLUTION: A clutch operation device 31a having an electric motor 37 is fixedly positioned at the machine body side, an outer receiving member 52 for attaching and supporting one end of an outer wire 42b at the clutch operation device 31a side is movably arranged, and a tension clutch 35 is constituted so as to be freely operable in powering-on operation via an inner wire 42a by manually operationally moving a support interval between both ends of the outer wire 42b from a normal operation attitude at which the outer wire 42b is powered on/off by the electric motor 37 by a clutch-in operation amount.</p> |
