PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for improving vascular endothelial disorder of a mother's body which is an essence of pregnancy-induced hypertension, and fundamentally improving a serious disease state, such as preeclampsia, and a disease state of intrauterine fetus growth retardation.SOLUTION: Nicotinamide (nicotinic acid amide) is administrated to a mother's body to improve vascular endothelial disorder of a mother's body which is an essence of pregnancy-induced hypertension or a disease state of intrauterine fetus growth retardation to fundamentally prevent and treat the disease state.
