<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part feeder capable of making force from removal means or posture correction means act on a desired position in a direction of conveyance of a work-piece even when a speed of conveyance of the work-piece is changed from a set value.SOLUTION: A part feeder includes: a part feeder main body 1 which has a conveyance path 10 on which a work-piece 3 is conveyed; removal means 5 which performs removal processing for removing the work-piece 3 at a removal position P2 set on the conveyance path 10 from the conveyance path 10; posture discrimination means 44 which discriminates the posture of the work-piece 3 conveyed on the upper stream side than the removal position P2; command output means 45 which outputs a command for making the removal means 5 perform the removal processing when the posture discrimination means 44 discriminates that the work-piece 3 is in the posture other than a prescribed posture; a part feeder speed detection device 7 which detects the speed of conveyance of the work-piece 3 conveyed on the conveyance path 10; and timing control means 46 which controls timing at which the command output means 45 outputs the command on the basis of the detection result of the part feeder speed detection device 7.</p> |
