PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white organic electroluminescent element capable of improving lifespan, light emitting efficiency, and driving voltage characteristics.SOLUTION: A white organic electroluminescent element 10 includes: a first electrode 100 and a second electrode 380 which face each other above a substrate 50; a first charge generation layer 160 and a second charge generation layer 250 which are formed between the first electrode and the second electrode; a first stack ST1 disposed between the first electrode and the first charge generation layer and including a first light emitting layer; a second stack ST2 disposed between the first charge generation layer and the second charge generation layer and including a second light emitting layer; and a third stack ST3 disposed between the second charge generation layer and the second electrode and including a third light emitting layer. In the white organic electroluminescent element, two light emitting layers among the first to third light emitting layers emit blue light and the rest one light emitting layer emits yellow-green light. |
