PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock up device which stably elicits performance of the lock up device.SOLUTION: A lock up device 7 includes: a piston 30; an outer peripheral side torsion spring 32; a driven plate 35; an inner peripheral side torsion spring 33; and an intermediate member 34. The piston 30 may be connected with a front cover 2. The outer peripheral side torsion spring 32 is provided at the piston 30. The driven plate 35 is fixed to a turbine 4. The driven plate 35 includes a protruding part 35c. The inner peripheral side torsion spring 33 is provided at the driven plate 35. The intermediate member 34 connects the outer peripheral side torsion spring 32 with the inner peripheral side torsion spring 33. The intermediate member 34 includes an engagement part 45b which may contact with the protruding part 35c. |
