摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye-sensitized solar cell element capable of sufficiently reducing light incident angle dependence of photoelectric conversion characteristics.SOLUTION: A dye-sensitized solar cell element comprises at least one dye-sensitized solar cell. The dye-sensitized solar cell has: a first base material having a transparent substrate; a second base material opposed to the first base material; an oxide semiconductor layer provided between the first base material and the second base material; and an encapsulation part coupling between the first base material and the second base material. One transparent substrate is provided for at least one dye-sensitized solar cell. The first base material is provided with a coating layer coating a light reception surface at an opposite side to the second base material, of the transparent substrate, and that can transmit light. The coating layer has an annular peripheral edge part, and a central part provided inside of the peripheral edge part. An average thickness of the central part is larger than that of the peripheral edge part, and the coating layer has a refractive index larger than that of the transparent substrate.
