PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of enabling prediction of the time at which a blade client is used by a user.SOLUTION: A blade client server 100 transmits, to an operation support server 200, action state collection information of each blade client 110 that associates the information for identifying whether a client terminal 300 has received an input, the date, and the time with each other. On the basis of the action state collection information received from the blade client server 100, a prediction unit 202 of the operation support server 200 extracts the operation start time for each blade client 110, and calculates a power supply ON prediction time for each blade client 110 on the basis of the operation start time.
