<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gateway device capable of transmitting packets at a constant period while processing a large number of channels.SOLUTION: The gateway device, accommodating a plurality of channels and generating a packet for each channel on the basis of input data to each channel, in which processing time for packet generation from the input data is different channel-by-channel, includes: channel processing means for generating the packet on the basis of the input data; time count means for counting a predetermined time in repetition; processing sequence management means for managing the processing sequence and the validity/invalidity of each channel; and according to the completion of time count of a predetermined time, packet interval control means for instructing the channel processing means to activate processing when a channel at a processing sequence determined at the completion of the time count is a valid channel.</p> |
