PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device where water is less likely to accumulate in a joint portion of a frame, and to provide a joint structure used in the lighting device.SOLUTION: A lighting device includes: a chassis having a first frame 14 (2) and a second frame 15; an LED attached to the chassis; and a power source unit which is attached to the chassis and is used for causing the LED to emit light. The first frame 14 (2) includes an uneven surface 14S. In the second frame 15, a joint surface which is joined to the uneven surface 14S of the first frame 14(2) is formed into a flat surface.
