PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transmission device of an automatic transmission for a vehicle, capable of engaging a first member and a second member even in a state where there is no rotational frequency difference between the first member and the second member.SOLUTION: A control device 10 controlling engagement and non-engagement of a first member 23 and a second member 26 includes: a phase position storage unit 10a storing a phase position Pz of the first member 23 right before non-engagement of the first member 23 and the second member 26; and a phase position control unit 10b controlling the first member 23 to the stored phase position Pz through a motor 5 for driving in a case of where engaging the first member 23 and the second member 26.
