摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# Composition comprises: a detergent component containing sequestering agent, dispersant and wetting agent; and an enzymatic component containing at least one protease, at least one laccase and at least one polysaccharidase. #CMT# : #/CMT# Independent claims are included for: (1) method for the elimination of the biofilms present on a substrate comprising (a) providing a detergent component containing a sequestering agent, dispersant and a wetting agent, and an enzymatic component containing at least one protease, at least one laccase, and at least one polysaccharidase, (b) contacting the detergent component in a solution or dilution in water; (c) contacting the enzymatic component in a solution in a solution formed in the step (b) for forming a solution of the composition; or (b1) contacting the enzymatic component in the solution or dilution in water, and (c1) contacting detergent component in the solution in solution formed in the step (b1) for forming the solution of the composition; and (d) application of the solution of the composition formed in the step (c) or (c1) on the substrate for a period of 15 minutes to 4 hours; and (2) kit comprising at least one sample of a detergent component in solution or in solid form containing a sequestering agent, dispersant and wetting agent and at least one sample component in enzyme solution or in solid form containing at least one protease, at least one laccase and at least one polysaccharidase. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# (I) is useful for the elimination of biofilms on a substrate. (I) is useful for cleaning floors and surfaces, and for cleaning up or soaking (all claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# (I) acts on a large class of biofilms produced by a large class of organisms or groups of microorganisms (preferably bacteria) within a reasonable time. (I) rapidly removes the biofilm from the surfaces. #CMT#ORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# Preferred Composition: (I) is a solution with a pH of 8-11. Preferred Components: The enzyme component includes protease (10-50%), laccase (5-35%) and polysaccharidase (5-20%). The polysaccharidase is an alpha-amylase. The detergent component comprises sequestering agent (1-10%), dispersant (1-10%) and wetting agent (1-15%). The sample of the enzyme component is an aqueous solution with a pH of 8-10. The sample of the detergent component is an aqueous solution with a pH of 12.8-13.8. Preferred Method: The method further comprises a subsequent step of applying a biocide to the substrate. #CMT#EXAMPLE : #/CMT# Detergent component was prepared by mixing phosphonate (3%), polyacrylate (4%) and anionic wetting agent (3%) in water. The pH of the solution was increased to 13.3 per dilution. Then, a solution of the enzyme component was prepared by mixing protease (30%), laccase (30%) and alpha-amylase (10%). The pH of the solution of the enzyme component was increased to 9 by gradually adding a solution of potassium hydroxide. The detergent component and enzymatic component were mixed with water to obtain composition.</p>
