The present invention relates to an oil diluting device and an oil supply machine having the same. The present invention comprises: a first mixer tube having one side to be blocked by a covered plate and the other side to be opened; a second mixer tube bonded to the open side of the first mixer tube; a supporting shaft positioned inside the second mixer tube; a helical blade connected to a supporting tube and the second mixer tube in order to be disposed between the supporting shaft and the second mixer tube and to mix flowing fluid; a water supply pipe combined in the covered plate of the first mixer tube in order to be connected with the first mixer tube and to supply pressurized water; and an oil supply pipe combined in the outer periphery of the first mixer tube in order to be connected with the first mixer tube and to supply pressurized oil. According to the present invention, the mixing of the water and the oil is efficiently accomplished, and the present invention also prevents the oil from being flowing backward to the side in which water is supplied. In addition, the configuration is simple and the flow resistance is reduced when mixing the water and the oil. |
