PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure the rigidity of a planetary carrier included in a planetary gear mechanism and the rigidity of a hub member of a friction engagement element which is fixed to the planetary carrier while favorably maintaining the assembling performance of a change gear.SOLUTION: A planetary carrier 34 has a caulked receiving part 341c which is formed around a shaft support hole 341o so as to receive a part of external peripheral parts 352a, 362a which are expanded to the outside of the radial direction from shaft recesses 351a, 361a of first and second pinion shafts 35, 36, and at a flange part 51 of a clutch hub 50 fixed to the planetary carrier 34, there are alternately formed a plurality of first exposure parts 511 and a plurality of second exposure parts 512 which expose at least a part of the shaft recesses 351a, 361a, and the external peripheral parts 352a, 362a, and the caulked receiving part 341c. |
