PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyvinyl chloride-based resin composition and a polyvinyl chloride-based resin sheet which suppress yellow discoloration caused by an NOx gas and the like and has excellent flexibility even when have been stored for a long period of time and the like, in a polyvinyl chloride-based resin composition and a polyvinyl chloride-based resin sheet using a non-phthalic acid plasticizer.SOLUTION: A polyvinyl chloride-based resin composition contains 30-70 pts.mass of a non-phthalic acid plasticizer and 0.02-0.2 pts.mass of an antioxidant formed of a dehydroacetic acid-based compound with respect to 100 pts.mass of a polyvinyl chloride-based resin.
