PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary joint improved in prevention of a risk of leakage caused by disassembly and assembly of a seal mechanism by dispensing with disassembly of the seal mechanism in disassembling and reassembling to replace components such as a bearing or implement maintenance, by reviewing and reexamining a structure.SOLUTION: In a rotary joint RJ, a support body 2 is structured of a flange part 2A at the another end side including a fluid passage 2w, and a support main body portion 20 at one end side in which a rotating shaft 1 is internally mounted through a bearing B, the rotating shaft 1 is structured of a basic end shaft portion 13 at one end side and a tip shaft portion 14 at the another end side, and a seal mechanism S has an annular seal portion s1 structured of a rotary seal ring 15 supported by the tip shaft portion 14, and a static seal ring supported by the flange part 2A. A thrust bearing sb and a radial bearing rb are disposed over the tip shaft portion and the support body portion to constitute means D for making the flange part 2A and the tip shaft portion 14 inseparable. |
