PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radioactive iodine labeling reaction, with improved solubility in solvent, facilitating the purification of iodinated aryl compounds.SOLUTION: A polymer precursor compound obtained by the radical polymerization of a monomer precursor compound represented by the formula (1) is reacted with iodide ions, and an iodinated aryl compound is cut from the polymer precursor compound.
