PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of an inflator and an air bag device in which an inflator can be easily mounted and fitted to a holding member.SOLUTION: A fitting structure for mounting and fixing an inflator for an air bag device, which is formed in a substantially circular shape, has a salient provided on a surface thereof and generates a gas, to a holding member includes: a first flange member which has a first cylindrical part formed in a shape corresponding to the salient and a first flange part extending from the first cylindrical part to a radial direction outside, and which is press-fitted into the inflator from one side of the salient in an axial direction; and a second flange member which has a second cylindrical part formed in a shape corresponding to the salient and a second flange part extending from the second cylindrical part to a radial direction outside, and which is press-fitted into the inflator from the other side of the salient in the axial direction. The first flange member has a stationary part used for fixing thereof to the holding member by a bolt, and the second flange member is held between the first flange member and the holding member when the first flange member is fixed to the holding member by the bolt. |
