PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic motor capable of obtaining a sufficient drive force without increasing drive resistance and reducing a magnetic field leaked out of an ultrasonic motor and to provide an apparatus including the same.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic motor 1 includes: a vibration member 10 that vibrates periodically by application of a high frequency voltage; and a slide member 50 to which the vibration member is pressure-welded. The vibration member 10 and the slide member 50 are relatively moved. The slide member 50 is formed of a magnetic material. At least one magnet 30 is disposed for generating magnetic force for the pressure-welding at the vibration member 10. |
