PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply data via an SPI to a device currently in operation without reducing operating efficiency.SOLUTION: From a serial data signal in which a first and a second data fragment are arranged in order, the first data fragment is captured first, the captured data segment being stored as a first new data fragment in a first new data register, and subsequently the second data segment is captured and stored as a second new data segment in a second new data register. In this case, during a new data capturing period from when the first new data register starts capturing the first data segment to when the second new data register finishes capturing the second data segment, capturing of the first and second new data segments by the first and second new data registers is halted, and the first and second existing data segments are outputted as first and second data segments, the first and second new data segments being outputted as first and second data segments in synchronism after the new data capturing period is terminated. |
