<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tuning-fork vibration piece and a vibration device in which short circuit of an electrode is prevented and vibration efficiency is improved.SOLUTION: A tuning-fork vibration piece (100) includes a piezoelectric base (110), a plurality of arms (120) extending in parallel in a predetermined direction from the base, while having a first face and a second face formed oppositely to the first face, a first piezoelectric film (132) provided directly on the first face of each arm and extending in a predetermined direction, a first electrode film (131) composed of a conductive material provided on the face of the first piezoelectric film and extending in a predetermined direction, and a second electrode film (133) composed of a conductive material provided directly on the second face of each arm oppositely to the first electrode film and extending in a predetermined direction.</p> |
