PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycled resin composition that is a chromatic thermoplastic resin composition recycled from a thermoplastic resin composition waste material and that provides a molded article having low-temperature brittleness at a level practically satisfactory under a normal environment.SOLUTION: The recycled thermoplastic resin composition is a recycled thermoplastic resin composition for manufacturing an automobile interior component, and is obtained by heat-melting a mixture prepared by adding a small amount of black pigment, such as carbon black, and a small amount of chromatic pigment to a ground product of molded article waste material of a thermoplastic resin composition that has elastomer blended into a major amount of polypropylene, and is characterized in that the dispersion state of the pigment comprised of black pigment and chromatic pigment within the recycled thermoplastic resin composition is at a high dispersion state satisfying a particular requirement.
