<p>The present invention relates to a method and a system for shifting media for monitoring emergent situations. The system for shifting media for monitoring emergent situations includes: a camera to photograph an image; a media server to stream an image photographed by the camera or a stored image; a mobile device to feedback context information; a web server which manages context information feedback from the mobile device, selects quality of an image suitable for the mobile device based on the context information, and provides an address for providing the image having the selected quality; and an Emergency Management Center (EMC) which plays the image streamed by media server, searches the mobile device when emergency occurs, and moves the played image to the mobile device through the address provided from the web server. According to the present invention, a situation of a field momentarily changed may be continuously monitored, and an image with optimal quality may be provided to each device.</p> |
