PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability in a system for performing a notice broadcast by using a smart phone.SOLUTION: A center device 10 comprises: a signal generation unit 15a which acquires notice broadcast information, terminal identification information, and reply control information for controlling operation in the case that a smart phone 30 receiving the notice broadcast information transmits reply information to the center device 10, and generating a notice broadcast signal including the acquired information; and a communication unit 13 for directly or indirectly transmitting the notice broadcast signal to the smart phone 30. The smart phone 30 comprises: a broadcast control unit 36a for outputting a notice broadcast identified by the notice broadcast information; and a terminal side reply control unit 36b which acquires reply control information on the basis of the notice broadcast signal received by the smart phone 30, and transmits the reply information to the center device 10 transmitting the notice broadcast signal, on the basis of the acquired reply control information. |
