<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently inspect a foreign matter contained in a large volume of powder bodies in a conveyance passage of a conveyor.SOLUTION: The foreign matter inspection method includes the steps of: imaging powder bodies dispersing in a conveyance passage H with imaging means 20; storing imaging data in association with information related to the conveyance position of a conveyor 10; automatically determining and storing the presence or absence of a foreign matter in the imaging data; dividing the imaging data and displaying it on a screen of a display unit in an enlarged manner, displaying the foreign matter extracted by automatic inspection in an enhanced manner, and additionally storing the worker's visual inspection result in the divided display unit; and creating a signal related to the removal of the foreign matter on the basis of the additionally stored signal.</p> |
