PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel and a wall structure capable of easily changing the location of an outlet.SOLUTION: A wall panel 1 has a panel body 10 and an outlet 3. The panel body 10 has a groove 73 which is formed in a lower part of the panel body 10 being opened and longer in a horizontal direction for allowing the outlet 3 to change the location in the horizontal direction. The wall panel 1 includes a baseboard 6 for covering a portion of the groove 73 where the outlet 3 is not disposed.
