<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulfide solid electrolyte material good in ion conductivity.SOLUTION: A sulfide solid electrolyte material contains Li element, Si element, P element and S element and is free of Ge element, Sn element and O element and has a peak at the position of 2θ=29.58°±0.50° in the X-ray diffraction measurement using the CuKαray but no peak at the position of 2θ=27.33°±0.50° or has a value of I/Iof lower than 0.50, where Iis the diffraction intensity of the peak at 2θ=29.58°±0.50° and Iis the diffraction intensity of the peak at 2θ=27.33°±0.50°.</p> |
