PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for formation of a conductive film which is used in a production method of a conductive film based on forming a conductive film by irradiation of infrared rays and enables formation of a conductive film high in conductivity and a production method of a conductive film using it.SOLUTION: A composition for formation of conductive films contains a copper oxide particle, an infrared absorption pigment and a reductant of a pH of 7 or lower. A production method of a conductive film using it is also provided.
