PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cage, a taper roller bearing, and a method of manufacturing the taper roller bearing which dispense with a bottom widening process and a swage process, and can prevent decrease of stiffness.SOLUTION: A cage 5 is constructed by mounting a first cage split body 5A in which one of a small diameter side annular part 51 and a large diameter side annular part 52, and a plurality of pillars 53 are integrally formed, to a second cage split body 5B including the other of the small diameter side annular part 51 the large diameter side annular part 52.
