<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon black dispersion which uses N-methyl-2-pyrolidone having a low viscosity, high-concentration dispersibility and excellent stability as a solvent, compared with conventional resin type dispersants, a battery electrode laminated material layer having uniform and good coated film properties and a low surface resistance and a lithium ion secondary battery provided with the battery electrode laminated material layer.SOLUTION: A carbon black dispersion comprises carbon black, a resin containing a vinyl alcohol skeleton, N-methyl-2-pyrolidone and an amine type compound, in a content of the resin containing vinyl alcohol skeleton of 1-15 pts. wt. and a content of an amine type compound 0.1-2.6 pts. wt. to 100 pts. wt. of carbon black.</p> |
