<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The probe (I) has two independent channels (1, 2) provided with distal ends (1d, 2d) and proximal ends, where the probe is of buccal type or nasal type. The proximal ends of the channels are connected to an output (3) of an artificial respirator (4) by an intermediary of unidirectional valves (5, 6). The valve (5) allows flow in a direction from one of the proximal end towards the distal end (1d) of the channel (1). The valve (6) allows the flow in the direction from the distal end (2d) towards another proximal end of the channel (2), where the channels are parallel or coaxial. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Respiratory probe for a patient i.e. child. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The probe increases the pressure at which the artificial respirator delivers fresh gas in order to expel polluted respiratory gas, thus reducing the risk of injuring the patient. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The drawing shows the schematic diagram illustrating insertion of a probe in a patient, where the probe is of nasal type.
