PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device or the like that enables an image of a natural impression to be obtained with a sense of granular unimpaired even when resizing an image having the sense of granular.SOLUTION: An image processing device comprises: a high-pass filter 21b that extracts high frequency image data from image data; a low-pass filter 21c that extracts low frequency image data from the image data; a first resize unit 21d that resizes the high frequency image data, using a first interpolation method; a second resize unit 21e that resizes the low frequency image data, using a second interpolation method different from the first interpolation method; and a synthesis unit 21g that synthesizes the image data resized by the first resize unit 21d with the image data resized by the second resize unit 21e. |
