PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount integrated card to which card use history can be applied without using a scratch layer and which allows a user to peel the card by hand easily.SOLUTION: There is provided a mount integrated card 100 in which a first base material 20 formed of a card mount 27 and a card part 26 is bonded to a second base material 36 at a position facing the first base material 20 including an area to be the card part 26 via a pseudo adhesive structure 38, and a notch 25 corresponding to a card outer peripheral shape of the card part 26 is formed at depth from the first base material 20 to a peeling interface 37 of the pseudo adhesive structure 38. In addition, code information 23 capable of being read by optical reading is formed in the area to be the card part 26 on a surface of the pseudo adhesive structure 38 side of the first base material 20, and code information 22 being the same as the code information 23 is formed in an area not overlapped with the second base material 36 on the surface of the pseudo adhesive structure 38 side of the first base material 20. |
