PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer container configured to reliably prevent leakage of developer even when the developer container is improperly mounted on a developing apparatus.SOLUTION: A developer container 22 includes a shutter which opens/closes a developer outlet. The shutter is opened/closed by rotating an operation member 26. The operation member 26 includes engagement sections 58, 34 which are rotated along with the rotation of the operation member and rotation-supported when engaged with support sections 54, 33 arranged on a developing apparatus 4. When the engagement sections 58, 34 are properly engaged with the support sections 54, 33, the engagement sections 58, 34 interfere with the support sections 54, 33, to regulate rotation of the engagement sections 58. 34. |
