PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat belt capable of suppressing deterioration in frictional coefficient of a belt inner peripheral surface while making a portion constituting the belt inner peripheral surface highly elastically efficient.SOLUTION: In a flat belt B, a portion 14 constituting a belt inner peripheral surface with a rubber composition mixed with carbon nanotube is formed. Rubber hardness measured by a type A durometer on the basis of JIS K6253 in the rubber composition forming the portion 14 constituting the belt inner peripheral surface is 80 or more and less than 95, and apparent frictional coefficient of the belt inner peripheral surface is 0.6 or more.
