PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a server device and a program capable of cross-sectionally collecting tendencies of customers in a plurality of stores.SOLUTION: An order system 1 is configured of: a remote server 2 on a wide-area network; a customer portable terminal 7 owned by a customer; and a store server 3 connected to an OES (Order Entry System) 5 of a store M, where the store server 3 acquires order information transmitted from the customer terminal 7 to the remote server 2, and converts the order information into data which can be transmitted to the OES 5, and transmits the data to the OES 5. |
