PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a necessary amount of operating funds when a company or the like needs it and reduce a burden of the company or the like required for a procedure.SOLUTION: An overdraft management device includes: a collateral information acquisition unit that acquires the amount of claims of electronically recorded monetary claims as the collateral; a collateral value acquisition unit that acquires a collateral value of the electronically recorded monetary claims on the basis of the amount of claims acquired by the collateral information acquisition unit; an account balance acquisition unit that acquires an account balance of a loan object person; and a withdrawable amount setting unit that sets the total sum of the account balance acquired by the account balance acquisition unit and the collateral value acquired by the collateral value acquisition unit as a withdrawable amount from the account of the loan object person.
