<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for preventing a shoulder strap from slipping down, a tool that has the degree of freedom in wearing with a simple motion and that maintains the preventive effect against slipping down when the user makes a large motion like trotting and turning, or rubs against other people in the state of congestion, for example, and also to provide a shoulder bag using this tool.SOLUTION: The tool includes: a belt-like preventive tool body 2; a strap installation part 5 with which one part of the preventive tool body 2 is installed on a shoulder strap 4 of a shoulder bag 3; and a holding part 6 which is attached to the other part of the preventive tool body 2. To the shoulder strap 4 put on one shoulder 21 of a user, the strap installation part 5 is installed, with the preventive tool body 2 arranged around the neck of the user, and with the holding part 6 held under the arm from the other shoulder 22 of the user. The preventive tool body 2 is provided with a tensile force F1 from one shoulder 21 to the other shoulder 22. Thus, the tool has the degree of freedom in wearing it with a simple motion, and is capable of maintaining more stably a preventive effect against slipping down even in a large motion like trotting and turning or in an environment of rubbing against others.</p> |
