The body part 20 includes a temperature calculation part 23, a bias voltage source 24, an electric circuit 26, a signal connection line 27, a charge connection part Q, and a signal connection part T. The secondary battery 30 includes a battery cell 32, a thermistor 34, the electric circuit 26, the signal connection line 27, a charge connection part Q, and a signal connection part T.
