<p>The present invention relates to a food waste disposal apparatus including a dewatering part having a filter for dewatering the food waste and a crushing part having a cutter for crushing a dehydrated food waste. The dewatering part (10) comprises; a dewatering tub (11); a filter (12) of which the inner side is formed of a porous net structure and which has the cutter (21) closely arranged on the bottom for cutting the food waste; and sweepers (13) arranged in contact with the inside the filter for sweeping the inner side of the filter for solving the problem of degrading the dewatering performance by having food waste in pores formed on the filter in dewatering process. According to the present invention, food dewatering can be efficiently processed, and desalination can be efficiently processed by repeatedly dewatering and desalinating the food by having a tank and nozzles injecting washing water.</p> |
