<p>The present invention relates to an amyloid-beta-plaque-specific two-photon fluorescent probe and a method for imaging an amyloid-beta-plaque in vivo using the same. The two-photon fluorescent probe according to the present invention can pass through blood brain barrier, has excellent specificity of staining and strength of light emission compared to a conventional amyloid-beta-specific two-photon fluorescent probe (PIB, MeO-X04), and can be used as an useful amyloid-beta-specific two-photon fluorescent probe for diagnosing Alzheimer′s disease since ex vivo/in vivo imaging capability is excellent.</p> |
